SHIPPING AND ORDERS

  

This policy outlines the shipping terms and conditions when purchasing with Halston Heritage online, and is applicable to all customers placing an order on www.halston.com. This policy is applicable to Halston’s online customers only, and does not extend to customers purchasing from a Halston retail store or distributor. Items purchased from a Halston distributor are bound under that retailer's policy. Halston online cannot be held accountable, or provide accommodation for purchases made outside of www.halston.com. + Shipping Destinations, Costs and Delivery Timing 

Halston delivers to customers worldwide, and offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Domestic customers can also enjoy 2-day shipping and overnight shipping, which can be selected at checkout and will incur additional charges. These orders must be placed prior to 12:30pm PST Monday to Friday to achieve 2-day or overnight delivery. If placed after 12:30pm PST, these will be shipped next business day. Ground shipped orders can take 3-10 business days. 
  • International customers can expect arrival of deliveries between 5-15 business days, based on delivery address.
  • Refer to courier conditions for all specifications regarding delivery location limitations. 


+ Shipping Timeframes

Halston’s warehouse ships Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays and holiday trade. Orders placed before 9:30am PST Monday through Friday will be shipped same day. All other orders will be shipped next business day. 


+ Duty of Care & Liability

For your protection, an option for “signature required upon delivery” is available at checkout for a $5 fee. This ensures that your package will only be delivered when you sign for it, heavily reducing the possibility of a missed item, and shifting liability to Halston should any such instance occur. If this is not checked, and you choose to proceed without it, Halston cannot be held accountable for packages delivered and received.


+ Courier Conditions

Halston partners with FedEx for all orders purchased on www.halston.com. Please see below all courier conditions.

  • FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases.  
  • Customers based in Hawaii and Alaksa will have their order delivered by UPS, which may cause increased delivery timeframes.

+ Taxes and duties

Domestic sales tax is calculated and charged at point of sale. All prices marked on the website are sales tax exclusive until this has been calculated at checkout based on delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These are defined by the destination country, and cannot be forecasted or collected by Halston at this time. For more information please contact your local customs office.


+ Undeliverable Addresses or Order Refusal

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Halston and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.


+ Out Of Stock

Halston takes extensive care to minimize order errors by ensuring that product that is out of stock is removed from the website or is not purchasable. In certain cases, due to inventory fluctuation, there may be circumstances where a product has displayed in stock, has been purchased and Halston is unable to fulfill the order. Should this occur, a Customer Service Representative will notify you as quickly as possible to cancel the item and provide a full refund for that product.


+ Order Changes and Cancellations

An order placed on www.halston.com can have order details changed (such as shipping address), or be cancelled and a full refund provided - should it not have been shipped. If you require assistance on this, please contact customer service on the details provided above, within 30 minutes.


+ Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

Verification or other billing investigation will halt the shipment of an order until resolved.Should your order be under billing investigation or requires verification, a Halston Customer Service Representative will be in contact with you.


+ Order Status Updates 

Order Placement: upon placing an order on www.halston.com, an email confirmation outlining your purchase details will be sent to the nominated address. If this is not received, please check your junk mail or contact customer service on the details provided above.

Shipping Orders: upon shipment from Halston’s warehouse, a notification with FedEx tracking information will be sent to the nominated address. If this is not received, please check your junk mail or contact customer service on the details provided above.

+ Gifting

Halston offers the ability to add a note to a recipient of an order should it be purchased as a gift. This can be done during the checkout process, and will be viewable on the back of the invoice upon delivery. Unfortunately, Halston does not provide gift-wrapping or gift invoices at this time.
